I have been scoping out O*Net off and on today. At first I found it a little difficult to manuever to find the information that you want. However, once you get used to the site and play with it for a while, you can see what a valuable resorce O*Net can be.

This is a very interesting concept. Most people my age (teens-early 20’s) look at those websites as just something to do for fun, not as a possible opportunity. This should be something that all social networkers should be aware of and keep their pages clean and polished at all times, just in case an opportunity presents itself.

I love this article because I run into so many people that are having trouble determining who they are, where they want to go, and how they want to get there. It is hard to set goals for yourself when you don’t know the answers to these vital questions.

I think all of my clients should read this article. For some reason, a lot of people fail to use twitter, facebook Craig’s List and other social networks to help with their quest for employment. There is always someone out there looking for that perfect candidate for their open positions. You usually get the best positions by being in the right place at the right time.

I found this article very informative. You really have to find out who you are now to know where your going in the future. I often refer to other sources of material when helping a client understand themselves and what kind of person they are.

Where “there’s a will there’s a way” to solve our problems. Things happen for a reason to make us become stronger and better than ever! We just need to identify the problem and follow the steps naturally and not expect it to be completed overnight. We need to accept what has happened before any problem can be corrected.
