Services …
Our primary purpose is to train and inspire workforce and career development professionals. The workforce and career development professionals — in our schools, career centers, employment offices, colleges and universities, and other locations — are the people who will have the greatest, ongoing impact on a local workforce.
We also work directly with dislocated workers and at-risk youth. Our message of creating opportunity and achieving success through “E-Ntrepreneurial Activity” plays well with many different groups in today’s changing workforce.
We deliver training at conferences and in local areas and school districts across America. We also teach the National Career Development Association’s (NCDA) Career Development Facilitator (CDF) curriculum. Of course, we put the “E-Ntrepreneurial Workforce” slant on the CDF training program too.
Our Background …
We have been in business since 1989, providing private counseling and facilitation services to individuals making career decisions. We have also delivered services through federally funded programs, such as the Jobs Training Partnership Act (JTPA), Welfare-to-Work (WtW), and the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).
Our client base not only includes individuals, but also local workforce investment areas, state and regional workforce training organizations, local school districts, community-based organizations, city and state governments, and privately-owned businesses and corporations.

The bottom line is “success.” We teach success! We promote success! And we enable workforce and career development professionals to prepare their customers, clients, and students to be successful in tomorrow’s workforce – today!
Success is not an accident. It is a deliberate, intentional process that anyone can learn quickly and begin to practice immediately. And because success is contagious, it can transform an entire local workforce. The key is understanding the important relationship between “inspiration” and “transformation”.
