This is a very helpful subject and it is very informative. I liked it so much that I printed it out to help my clients identify the probrlems that they may be experiencing. I also looked at the blog very good news that everyone can take a look at for help.

Where "there's a will there's a way" to solve our problems. Things happen for a reason to make us become stronger and better than ever! We just need to identify the problem and follow the steps naturally and not expect it to be completed overnight. We need to accept what has happened before any problem can be corrected.

This is a such a succinct way to explain problem-solving--and this approach applies to those frustrated with their job search. Many job seekers believe they are working very hard to look for a job, when in reality, they are simply engaged in passive efforts such as applying for jobs on Monster and waiting for a call. U...sing this problem-solving approach may help them understand that they need to change their methodology to become successful again in the workforce.

Even though the problem and solution "are not too far away from each other," we may have to exert a different amount of force to put the two point together.

This article makes some very good points. One that I would like to make is that communication is very important in this overall process. If good communication is not present, the problem continually goes around almost like the conflict cycle. Individuals have to figure out where in the problem solving cycle to insert good communication skills, that will ultimately break the cycle.

Every individual will be face with a problem at some point in his or her life but it is how you handle those problems is what make you a better and stronger individual. Most learn from their mistakes and vow never to repeat the same mistakes twice.

As we journey through life, we will be faced with many challenges. It is up to us as individuals to identify those challenges and develop a realistic solution so that we may not remain in the same situation.

You don’t change your situation you will be in it forever. I am the force; I can do all things through Christ that strengthen me. I can clear any obstacle before me or I can be lost in the maze. In the same direction and at the same rate that you are, it ain’t going to work.

"All things are possible to them that believe" There is never a solution that is outside the scope of your confidence and attitude which means that we have to address our fears and shortcomings to be able to tackle any situation. If we don't address us the problems of life are a never ending circle of recurring issues and we can't really win until we change us!!!
